Early Payments Due Dates:
1st Semester: Aug. 28-Sept. 15, 2007
2nd Semester: Oct. 29-Nov. 3, 2007
3rd Semester: Jan. 21-Jan. 26, 2008
4th Semester: Mar. 17-Mar. 22, 2008
Regular Payments Due Dates:
Additional penalties may incur if these dates are
missed.
1st Semester: Sept.

How to Register
- In Person:
August 27-30, 2007
4:30pm-7:30pm
Open Registration also available 1st day of class. Please
call to insure space.
By Mail: Fill in form and mail appropriate
fees.

Registration fee alone does not place a student in
a class.
- A $20 non-refundable registration fee
and 1st 9-week class payment is due at registration.
- Payment may be made by check, cash,
money order and/or certified check
- Students with outstanding
balances can not register.
- Each
Quarter is nine weeks unless specified.
- Payments due on or before: 1st – Registration
Early:
2nd – Oct.

- There
are no single class payments. (Except for
private lessons)
Discounts
- 10% off for seniors over 55 who personally
attend class. Does not apply towards any other tuition.
- 10%
off for 2 or more children from the same family, registered
for the same discipline.
Collections
- $25 bounced check fee. Only
cash, money order and/or cashier’s
check will only be accepted after this.
- Students
who have tuition payments over 30 days late will
not be able to attend class. Early payment discounts
offered in various classes.
Transfer and Refund Policies
- There is no transfer of tuition to another
class.
- Refund requests must be made in writing
and submitted before the following deadlines.
- Before 1st
class...90%.
- Before 2nd class...75%
- After 2nd class...0%. (No Exceptions)
General
Information
- Cygnus reserves the right to make changes
in programs, schedules, and instructors, and to cancel
classes due to insufficient enrollment., In the event of class
cancellation, the student
will be notified
3 days prior to the 1st scheduled class.
- Cygnus
reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel the registration
of a disruptive student.
- We do not
close for all public and/or private school holidays.
- In the event that an instructor is unable
to teach, a qualified substitute will continue the class
and/or a make up time will be given.
- For school closings due to inclement
weather listen to 96.9, 103.7, channels 3, 6 and 10, check
our
website or call the school for a recorded message. Make up classes will be
determined later.
