Our
Karate program teaches important life skills such as self-confidence,
concentration, self-control, following directions, honesty,
and respect. Plus, these classes challenge the students physically
to become stronger, more agile, and coordinated.
Yoga
with Natalie Kraft
Yoga is the Sanskrit word meaning "union." It is an ancient
philosophical, artistic, and scientific practice that originated
in India approximately 5,000 years ago. Yoga is for the balance
and harmonization of the body, mind, and spirit. The physical
aspects of yoga are practiced to put one's body in the optimal
condition for meditation, as well as to keep healthy balance
over all.
